Patient Scheduler - Administrative Assistant
The Patient Scheduler – administrative assistant provides administrative support by preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, constructing minutes, and maintaining director's calendar and assigned managers. Schedules patient appointments using Epic. Maintains records, and files in an efficient manner. Looks for innovative ways to improve work procedures and methods that primarily result in time and cost savings. Work requires collaboration with both internal and external contacts in order to complete job duties, resolve problems, and improve efficiency. Communication with external contacts is required to provide or gather information, handle routine transactions and provide information.

Shift:
Part time, Casual (16 hours)
Day Shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm, Will work 2 days per week as needed (between Monday-Friday)
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years experience required
Experience to include exposure to a busy office setting. OB office experience preferred
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.
