Join our dynamic team of Pediatric Enchanters as a Clinical Nurse Leaders (CNL) in our whimsical family-centered, collaborative work environment. As a CNL, you will play a key role in coordinating Pediatric healthcare team, ensuring top-notch, evidence-based practices. Collaborate with a diverse group of professional, from physicians to social worker, in delivering specialized, compassionate care. Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Friday, 8 hour days.

Location: St Petersburg, Florida

Key Enchantabilities:

1. Facilitating collaborative care for our little patients.
2. Sprinkling mentorship on our nursing staff.
3. Creating and overseeing a delightfully healthy working environment.
4. Gathering and evaluating patient risks, outcomes, and care plans.
5. Choreographing direct care activities among nursing staff.
6. Providing lateral integration of healthcare services.

Who should apply (because even superheroes need some prerequisites):

• Master's Degree in Nursing, required
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience and extensive clinical knowledge of the pediatric population
• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Clinical Nurse Leader certification required within twenty-four months of hire/transfer date into the position
• Knowledge and skills to effectively apply all aspects of the nursing process and care management principles
• Physical ability to perform all aspects of patient care
