The Supplemental Staffing Unit (SSU) - Adult Med/Surg Float Pool Nurse is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients in various units within the organization. This role requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering the best care to patients facing a variety of medical and surgical conditions. As a member of the adult med/surg float pool, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care during their hospital stay. With passionate and driven leadership behind them, our nurses are able to dedicate themselves to patient safety, clinical excellence, and life-long learning.
Shifts: 12 hour day/night rotating shifts or permanent night shift available

Who Should Apply:
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
