Nurses will build vital, foundational knowledge and skills upon starting their careers in our Med/Surg/Telemetry units. Several paid “immersion shifts” (one-on-one with ICU preceptor) will occur to enhance preparedness for critical care care nursing during their first year. A transfer date will be determined after the 1-year Nurse Residency Program is completed. Upon transfer to the ICU, nurses will receive full orientation along with courses led by the education team to improve their success in caring for critically ill patients.

Shifts: 12-hour day or 12-hour night shifts
