LOCATION: Washington, DC

  • Sibley Memorial Hospital
  • Grand Oaks (facility)

SCHEDULE: Casual/On Call – Days, Evening, Nights, Weekends available

HOURS: 36 hours per month – minimum requirement

JOB SUMMARY:

The Certified Nursing Assistant is a member of the home health team who is primarily responsible for providing the personal care services as well as various basic non-nursing care activities for the patient. These activities are performed in accordance with a written assignment and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful completion of a nursing aide training program
  • Requires active, valid CNA License certification with the DC Board of Health
  • Current CPR certification from either American Red Cross or American Heart Association
