Grand Oaks is located on the campus of Sibley Memorial Hospital. It is close to Georgetown, Bethesda and just minutes from the Potomac River and the Virginia Suburbs.

We are seeking a LPN or RN for a PRN Nursing Supervisor role. The Nursing Supervisor at Grand Oaks Nursing directs and supervises resident care activities on the night shift as well as weekends and holidays. The Nursing Supervisor will make rounds to all resident care units every shifts and round on all hospice residents, status post-fall residents, new residents and other residents as notified. The Supervisor will be a clinical resource to nursing and related personnel.

Who should apply:

  • Graduated from an accredited program for LPN or RN
  • Registration as a professional nurse in the District of Columbia
  • Critical thinking skills and judgment to make time sensitive decision under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships and promote organization-wide team efforts and cooperation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to participate on and/or lead teams effectively.
