We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Trauma team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to trauma patients.
• Assess and manage acute and critical conditions in trauma patients, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic interpretation.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in rounds, case conferences, and ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest advancements in trauma care.
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals and their families during times of crisis.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
• Previous experience in trauma or critical care settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
