The Painter performs all patching, paint and wall covering, and interior and exterior maintenance to ensure compliance with JCAHO and keep the facility at optimal efficiency.

Hours:

• Full Time, 40hrs per week

Requirements:

• Work requires a high school level of educational development and one year of previous experience

• A Maryland Class D Driver’s License is required

• Requires the skills to read and understand instructions, add and subtract numbers, and compare numbers and letters.
• Ability to understand and respond to simple written or verbal instructions. Incumbents must respond appropriately to instructions, questions, or requests for information
• Occasionally requires contact with patients and/or visitors, which involves courtesy
