The Adult ICU Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a dynamic and skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in various adult intensive care units within the organization. This role requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to patient care. As a member of the ICU float pool, you will be an essential component of our healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care during their most critical moments. Who Should Apply:

  • Associate degree in Nursing required
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required

Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
