Johns Hopkins Care at Home (JHCH) is a leading provider of home care services, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Review Nurse (CRN) to join our team.
Collaborate with clinical staff and other team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement in documentation practices.
Act as a resource for the team, providing education and training on documentation best practices.

Schedule: 20 hours/week
The CRN will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our home care service documentation, supporting revenue cycle compliance, and maintaining survey readiness.
Education:
- BSN or higher nursing degree preferred
Required Licensure:
- Current RN licensure in Maryland
- ICD-10 certification required
- OASIS COS-C certification preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in home health, with previous experience with chart review, and performance improvement activities.
