As a Manager of Systems Configuration, you’ll:

  • Play a critical role in the management of the core claims platform(s), editing and pricing systems, strategic systems implementations as well as oversight of external vendors.
  • Provide vision and direction on daily activities related to the benefits and pricing requirements used to configure the claim processing platform(s) and third party applications
  • Ensure systems are compliant with all contract changes by performing routine and system testing, auditing and overall claims system maintenance.
  • Provide continuous coordination and oversight of external vendors to ensure they are implementing changes according to documented business requirements as well as ensuring external vendors are meeting SLA’s and resolving issues timely and accurately.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of claims experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a managed care environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of managed care operations including system configuration and regulatory requirements related to claims adjudication
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline. Master’s degree in system related field preferred.
