Position Summary:
As directed by, and/or in assistance of, higher level mechanics/supervisor, performs unskilled maintenance of equipment and the physical plant of the Hospital complex.
Greater than 1 year of general grounds maintenance experience including experience with power and manual equipment for lawn cutting and snow/ice removal.
General knowledge of tools and equipment normally used in Grounds maintenance, including mowers, tractors, trucks, trimmers, rakes, shovels, steameers as well as non-powered hand tools.
Required:
Valid Driver's License verifiable through the Motor Vehicle Administration.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience:
Greater than 1 year of general maintenance experience including experience with power and
manual equipment for lawn cutting and snow/ice removal
