Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Physician Assistant Residency program. Residents will work closely with experienced physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop advanced clinical skills and knowledge in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in clinical rotations in various medical specialties, gaining hands-on experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Work collaboratively with attending physicians and preceptors to provide high-quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Perform procedures under supervision and develop proficiency in medical procedures relevant to the chosen specialty.
• Attend educational sessions, grand rounds, and case conferences to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Eligibility for licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of Maryland.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging clinical environment.
