Summary:

Serves as an Assistant to the Vice President for Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer and Patient Care Services Directors. Supervises other office clerical staff as indicated. Must be pleasant and enthusiastic while greeting and assisting visitors to the Patient Care Services administrative offices.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate.
  • Graduate of a secretarial school or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
  • Two years of office/secretarial experience, preferably hospital-related work.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Prefers experience supporting Social Media platforms
