We have an amazing opportunity for a Nurse Manager in the Pediatric OR. As a Nurse Manger, you will provide leadership to achieve unit, departmental, and institutional objectives within a rapidly changing environment.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced change agent Nurse Manager to lead our team into a new era of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a natural leader, ready to guide our department through transformative initiatives. Our department consists of 10 pediatric ORs and 2 procedure rooms as well as a multi-million hybrid room on the horizon.

Who Should Apply:

• MSN from an accredited nursing program required. Those without the required degree may be considered provided they enroll in an accredited MSN program within 12 months of hire
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• Requires 5 years of experience as a registered nurse (within the specialty preferred), including 3-5 years of leadership and/or management responsibilities
• Ability to lead others, problem solve, analyze and interpret data, adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments, and create a climate that fosters compassionate care, innovation, cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork
