Are you a dynamic, energetic personality looking for a new & exciting opportunity? If so, Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC has the perfect opportunity for you as a Lead Imaging Services Representative!
The Lead Imaging Service Representative ensures the efficient and safe day-to-day operation of Reception/File Room areas of the Breast Center. Will coordinate all activities required to meet the goals of this service area. Ensures that patients are properly greeted upon their arrival to department and that the telephones are answered promptly and properly, that insurance pre-certification, and complete and accurate demographic and exam data is collected and reviewed with the patient and entered in the PACS and Electronic Medical Records. Oversees that our commitment to excellence in customer service is achieved throughout the daily work schedule.

7am-5pm
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an office environment, in a health care setting.
- Medical terminology and familiarity with Imaging Services Department preferred, plus insurance knowledge; or any combination of education and experience to provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Strong Electronic Health Record experience required
