Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager IV to join our Health Information Management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical and operational delivery, with proven expertise in leading project management initiatives. This role requires the ability to oversee both long- and short-term projects, with a specific focus on coding innovation and emerging technologies such as AI. A deep understanding of data analytics and reporting is essential for success in this position. Additionally, the Project Manager IV will manage the procurement, distribution, and inventory of computer laptops.

Education:A Bachelor’s Degree in Business in Health Administration, Project Management or related degree is required

Knowledge and experience related to project management and implementation of strategic initiatives. The ability to use and train others on PMIS.

Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification required.

Experience:7-10 years of experience managing projects that must include:

Minimum four (4) years’ experience implementing large, complex projects

Minimum three (3) years’ experience working on project(s) involving project life cycle methodologies

Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing project budgets

Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing large programs with multiple project work streams.

Department Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: Microsoft Office including Power BI, Epic, SQL, EFL tools/SSIS, Tableau.

Specific systems, applications, projects on which the position will be responsible to develop or maintain:
Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, Teams, Microsoft Software, Additional Reporting applications within Epic, Solventum Coding software, and other JHHS organizational software.
