Child Neurologist (Outpatient) - Wesley Chapel

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (JHACH) in St. Petersburg, Florida seeks an additional child neurologist for our rapidly expanding program. This individual is a member of the JHACH child neurology team but will be based at our new affiliate practice site in nearby Pasco County (Wesley Chapel region). This is an outpatient practice with no call. The JHACH pediatric Neuro-hospitalist team provides inpatient care. We are seeking a child neurologist who is interested in being part of our team as we continue to expand our academic mission and clinical programs.

Expansion:

• New Facility: Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Wesley Chapel. New construction is scheduled to begin this spring on our new 56 bed pediatric hospital in Wesley Chapel.

Position Overview:

• Type: Outpatient practice with no on-call duties
• Location: Wesley Chapel, Pasco County, FL (near St. Petersburg)
• Team Collaboration: Multidisciplinary team approach, collaborating with specialists such as Neurosurgery, Neuropsychology, and Neuro-oncology
• Academic Focus: Interest in academic medicine and expanding clinical programs to the next generation of pediatric neurologists
• Qualifications: Pediatric Neurology Fellowship trained
