Position Summary:

  • The Food Service Worker I provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
  • Works at various stations in the Cafe, as assigned. Sets up stations and performs cleaning work in the Cafe as assigned. Performs cold food preparation for the Cafe. Maintains high level of sanitation in work area.
  • In addition, effectively performs duties of grill cook, catering assistant, or food service cashier when needed.
  • May perform work in other areas of the department as needed.

Shift:

Part-time, Rotating shift (32 hours per week)

11:00am - 7:30pm

Rotating Weekend Work Required

Education/ Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years or more of food service experience in a retail setting.

Salary Range: Minimum $18.00 per hour - Maximum $28.06 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
