Job Summary: Responsible for implementing and coordinating departmental special studies, research, and administrative projects. Support and assist Facilities senior management (VP, Director) in department initiatives. Facilitates information exchange between Facilities and other JHM departments, as well as contractors, vendors, and outside agencies.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to design and construction, planning, engineering, maintenance, and/or healthcare administration, or an equivalent level of job-related knowledge.

Requires knowledge in design and construction, planning, engineering, maintenance, and/or healthcare administration, as typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating and implementing studies or administrative projects in design/construction, planning, engineering, management, and/or healthcare administration for senior management purposes.

Salary Range: Minimum $22.00/hour - Maximum $​​​​36.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
