SUMMARY
The Office Manager, Nursing Business Office, provides leadership to a team of administrative personnel responsible for supporting core business operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing business office which include payroll and time and attendance management, scheduling, position control and personnel transactions, and auditing/reporting. The Office Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining associated workflows and processes to ensure accurate and efficient outcomes.

Managing and Leadership

Provide supervision and direction services to direct reports.

Provide staff training for office policies and procedures.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to staff.

Set annual performance targets for direct reports and conduct performance reviews.

Oversees office staff to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and service standards
Quality Improvement

Monitor, analyze, and improve the quality of processes to improve outcomes

Gather and analyze data to effectively implement change

Evaluates variances to identify opportunities
Organizing and Implementing

Assists in directing the administrative functions of the department, including personnel, fiscal, and other functional activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Salary Range: Minimum $24.92/hour - Maximum $43.63/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
