Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic OB/GYN team in Washington DC. As the first clinical contact for patients, the RN will respond to urgent symptom calls and Patient Portal messages with expert triage and timely guidance. This role includes educating patients on acute and chronic OB/GYN conditions, coordinating care with providers and quality teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The RN will also support daily practice operations, step in as needed to maintain smooth workflow, and mentor team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelors' Degree, Associate Degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current DC RN license required.
  • MD or VA compact RN license will need to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • EFM certification obtained within 18 months of hire.
  • Previous OB/GYN experience is strongly preferred!
  • Be able to multi-task

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
