POSITION SUMMARY: Join us in transforming lives as a Clinical Social Worker! $5,000 sign on bonus
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to illuminate and address the social and emotional needs of patients and families, ensuring they receive the support that enhances medical outcomes.
- • Perform critical suicide risk evaluations, taking decisive action when necessary to secure the well-being of patients, including coordinating placements in psychiatric facilities.
- • Build bridges to care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and connecting patients and families to vital community resources that alleviate psychosocial distress.
- • Engage in transformative therapeutic interventions, including crisis management, protective services, grief support, problem-solving, and psychoeducation, equipping patients with healthy coping strategies.
- • Partner with healthcare professionals to craft tailored care plans, identifying psychosocial barriers that may impede timely discharge and recovery.
- • Uphold excellence in documentation through timely and accurate electronic record-keeping, ensuring vital patient data is meticulously collected and maintained.
- • Foster open communication with team members regarding patient needs and interventions, actively participating in team meetings, huddles, and rounds to enhance collaborative care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- • Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- • A minimum of two years of enriching clinical social work experience
- • Valid Florida LCSW certification
- • Outstanding listening abilities and exceptional oral/written communication skills

Salary Range: Minimum 30.19/hour - Maximum 48.30/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
