Physicians and community hospitals count on us to care for critically ill patients and perform complex surgical procedures. Through collaborations, we manage neonatology and other pediatric services at several community hospitals along Florida’s west coast.
Job Summary: The goal of the Clinical Pharmacist IA is to provide foundational clinical pharmacy services, including medication order review, verification, and therapeutic assessment under established guidelines and protocols. Ensures safe and effective medication use by applying core clinical knowledge, adhering to formulary and drug use policies, and responding to drug information questions from the healthcare team. Collaborates with nurses, providers, and pharmacy colleagues to support high quality patient care.

Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in Pharm D. or BS degree.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting required
• Completion of an ASHP accredited Post-Graduate Year 1 Pharmacy Residency is equivalent to 3 years of
practice experience; completion of an ASHP accredited Post-Graduate Year 2 Pharmacy Residency is
equivalent to an additional 3 years of practice experience (6 years of experience total for PGY1 and PGY2
training)
• Pharmacist license in applicable state/jurisdiction. BLS, ACLS and/or PALS may be required based on practice setting
SHIFT: Full-Time (40 hours per week). Rotating Schedule; must be available to work every 4th weekend.
