The Painting Maintenance Mechanic I performs maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior building surfaces. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of painting and plastering technology.

Hours: Full time (40 hours), Rotating Shift, Weekend work required

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, procedures and materials.
• 5 years related work experience.

Salary Range: Minimum 25.23/hour - Maximum 29.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
