POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will serve as the conduit for initiatives related to regulatory and quality that support an integrated and collaborative action plan that demonstrates compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical quality programs. In support of professional nursing practice, the RN Compliance Auditor facilitates the provision of patient centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach to treatment, research, education and advocacy. This position contributes to the goals of Nursing and Patient Care Services by being accountable for the delivery of compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice as defined by the Florida Board of Nursing and JHACH policy. Through collaborative practice with all members of the care team, this role is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high quality of care provided by JHACH. The professional practice of nursing at JHACH involves the promotion of a culture of innovation and a commitment to academic growth and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing Required
- Current Florida RN Licensure Required
- Minimum of three years of professional nursing practice required
- Professional certification preferred
- Previous experience with regulatory compliance preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 50.06/hour - Maximum 50.06/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
