Collaborate with Managers and other staff members of the office regarding the daily operations of the organization. Primarily responsible for the coordination of temporary personnel in the staffing process within JHMI. The role manages requests for temporary staff and utilizes both the internal pool of employees to fill or engages with external contracted agencies for order fulfillment. Create strategies for order fulfillment that follow current Intrastaff business goals and practices. Participate in recruitment strategies and sources to meet the organization’s current and future needs. Assist in the coordination of temporary personnel in the interviewing, screening, hiring, training, discipline, and termination process or employment. Responsible for utilizing and ensuring accurate data capture in the scheduling and vendor management software. Required to participate in 24-hour service coverage. Participate in the development, implementation, and update of policy and procedures. Support the organization’s mission statement.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred. Instead of a degree, substitute 2 years of experience for each year of education.

Work Experience:

Position requires a minimum of two years of recruitment/interviewing/placement of personnel experience with equal comprehension of human resource policy and procedures/ or work in an industry with transferable skills.

Salary Range: $24.32/hour - $40.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
