Summary
ENTAA Care, a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians, LLC, is seeking a medical records staff member responsible for completing medical records requests and maintaining the company’s fax bucket. This role requires importing and distributing faxes accurately and same day, logging and returning voice messages per protocol, and completing all medical records releases and in-office requests (including MyChart) within three business days. The staff member will also handle FMLA, disability, and school medication requests according to current protocol, and must import all video-strobe images from memory sticks for speech pathology prior to the next appointment.
In addition, the position includes mailing, scanning, and tasking physician labs, MRIs, CT results, and other documents accurately and in a timely manner, while adhering to established clerical error rate standards. QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum of a High school diploma or GED required.
Work Experience: Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a medical record setting and/or with company for one year, in health care setting preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 23.00/hour - Maximum 25.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
