Summary:
The Paralegal directly supports attorneys and Practice Group Leaders by gathering, reviewing, editing and organizing various legal documents and files as assigned in JHHS Legal Services.
Education:
Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is required. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. In lieu of an associate’s degree, a paralegal certificate is required.
Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:
Paralegal Certificate is required if Associate’s Degree is not obtained.
Work Experience:
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience.
Salary Range: Minimum 26.51/hour - Maximum 43.76/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
