Position Summary:
The Administrative Intern will work closely with senior leadership, as well as clinical and non-clinical staff, to conceive and implement plans and procedures for patient care, business improvement, and program development. This position will assist with the overall planning, development and implementation of assigned projects and tasks to support the operations of the department. This experience will enable our interns to expand skills by leading and collaborating on new opportunities, working with teams, and honing in on the fundamentals of project management in hospital administration.
The Administrative Intern will assist with the execution of transactional processes, performance improvement and change management projects, which include, but are not limited to, data and financial analysis, information technology, procurement, project oversight, business strategy, implementation, and tracking of outcomes for both internal and external leadership.

Salary Range: Minimum 5.15/hour - Maximum 50.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
