Position Summary:
The Compliance Senior Health Data Analyst is responsible for providing advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights that support regulatory compliance, privacy protection, data governance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across the Compliance and Privacy department. This role develops and maintains reporting, compliance monitoring dashboards, provider performance analytics, data loss prevention (DLP) monitoring, and Power BI visualizations that enable leadership and business owners to assess organizational performance, identify emerging risks, detect potential privacy and security vulnerabilities, and drive corrective actions. This role serves as a key resource in responding to regulatory requests, audits, investigations, privacy incidents, and member requests for claims and healthcare information, ensuring the accurate extraction, validation, analysis, and presentation of complex healthcare data in accordance with applicable privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Working collaboratively with Compliance, Privacy, and Regulatory Affairs staff, the Compliance Senior Health Data Analyst delivers actionable information that supports compliance oversight, regulatory readiness, provider accountability, data loss prevention initiatives, protection of sensitive information, and informed operational and executive decision-making.
Requirements:
Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Economics, Health Economics, Epidemiology or closely related analytic field is required. Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience may be substituted.
Work Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum 41.00/hour - Maximum 65.60/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
