Join our team as a Sr Clinical Support Specialist and play a vital role in supporting home infusion services. In this front-line leadership role, you'll coordinate nursing schedules, assist with onboarding new team members, and serve as a system expert for scheduling workflows.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a lead for clinical support functions, ensuring seamless scheduling across home, ambulatory, and MVAT services.
- Support nursing coordination while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.
- Train and onboard new IV Support Specialists, ensuring competency in scheduling systems.
- Serve as a key resource for new system implementations that impact scheduling
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Post-high school education or training.
- Preferred: 2 years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
- Required: Strong understanding of medical terminology.
Salary Range: Minimum $17.29/hour - Maximum $28.50/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
