Supply Chain Contract Analyst II

Fulltime - Days, 40 hours

NO CALL or Weekends

The primary responsibilities of this position include:
• Management of SRM contracts to ensure contract fields are accurately represented and items are appropriately slotted to contracts
• Review & discernment of items built in the SAP item catalog but not on contract (deactivation of item or placement on contract)
• Management of stuck requisition process
• Resolution of price discrepancies & PO price exceptions for assigned SRM contracts
• Oversight & minimization of “NC” contracts to ensure items are moving to active agreements or are shut down in SAP
• Management of expiring contracts list
• Creation and management of new contracts in SRM
• Vizient contract activations & review of suggested Vizient opportunities

Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Public Health, Hospital Administration or related business/finance areas. Additional experience may be substituted for education.

2 years of experience in a professional Supply Chain environment

Salary Range: Minimum 31.53/hour - Maximum 52.06/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
