SUMMARY

Engages with healthcare staff to enhance the overall patient experience by coaching and mentoring them on best practices and patient-centered care. Develop and implement strategies, training programs, and quality improvement projects aimed at improving patient interactions and outcomes. Supports the organization in achieving patient experience goals through expert consultation, coaching, and direction based on comprehensive data analysis. Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to implement strategies that improve patient satisfaction and foster a culture of empathy and compassion. Monitors regulatory submissions, maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, and provides strategic guidance to the organization on regulatory matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (Required) Master’s degree preferred
  • One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.

Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:

· Certified Patient Experience Professional preferred

Work Experience:

· 5+ years of experience in healthcare patient relations or patient satisfaction (required)

Salary Range: Minimum 40.00/hour - Maximum 66.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
