Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic OB/GYN team in Columbia, MD. As the first clinical contact for patients, the RN will respond to urgent symptom calls and MyChart messages with expert triage and timely guidance. This role includes educating patients on acute and chronic OB/GYN conditions, coordinating care with providers and quality teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The RN will also support daily practice operations, step in as needed to maintain smooth workflow, and mentor team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) (Required),
  • RN - Registered Nurse License (Required) | MD RN or compact, multi-state
  • CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
  • Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
  • 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
  • Previous ambulatory experience in OBGYN setting is a plus

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
