Supply Chain Sourcing Lead

FT, Days 40 hours

No Call or Weekends

Work Experience: Minimum of five years in Supply Chain in a healthcare related field, and one year of prior leadership experience is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred.

Advanced knowledge of supply chain contracting strategies, management and drafting, including an understanding of strategic sourcing, spend analytics,
benchmarking, industry best practice and how to achieve cost reduction while maintaining or improving quality
Advanced knowledge of cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives/projects to support the sourcing of capital equipment, clinical products or
assigned non-clinical items and purchased services (e.g., pricing, standardization and utilization)

Salary Range: Minimum 49.01/hour - Maximum 78.43/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
