What You Will Do:
The Patient Flow Coordinator (Nursing Coordinator) oversees and coordinates nursing services to ensure safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care. Serves as a clinical and operational resource for nursing staff, supports care planning and staffing activities, and facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams. Monitors patient flow, quality and safety metrics, and compliance with regulatory standards, and implements process improvements to enhance outcomes and staff satisfaction. Improves hospital throughput of ED admits, Direct Admits, Surgical Admits, increases inpatient bed utilization, and reduces patient or bed turnaround delays.
Who Should Apply:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Current District of Columbia Registered Nurse licensure Required
- Basic CPR Upon Hire Required
- Five (5) years of nursing experience required

Salary Range: Minimum 77.05/hour - Maximum 77.05/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
