The Administrative Coordinator provides routine administrative, secretarial, data entry, financial and systems assistance.
Location:
Suburban Hospital
Bethesda, MD
Shift:
FT/Days (12hr Shifts)
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Experience & Requirements:
- Ability to type at a minimum of 50 wpm
- Requires computer expertise including building and maintaining complex Microsoft Office files such as Excel
- Requires effective customer service and organizational skills, including ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Requires ability to communicate via documentation, telephone, computer and directly
- Requires math ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
- Two years of progressively responsible clinic/office experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range: Minimum 20.71/hour - Maximum 34.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
