Job Snapshot:
The Johns Hopkins Medical Call Center (Patient Access Services) is seeking caring customer service-orientated problem-solvers who can think on their feet and help patients receive world-class care at Maryland's premier medical institution.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years related experience in medical office, hospital, or call center
Ability to work in a fast paced and structured, metric-driven environment
Excellent communication skills
Will schedule appointments and manage inbound calls with patients and providers
What Awaits You:
A hybrid work status- 1 day per week on site in Baltimore City, 4 days work from home
Some depts require onsite training for the first 4-6 weeks
