What You Will Do!
The Registered Nurse Quality Improvement Analyst reports to the Senior Director for Quality and Performance Improvement in the Department of Quality & Transformation. This role carries out JHHS and JHU ambulatory quality improvement initiatives as set by the Armstrong Institute for Quality and Patient Safety, as well as the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians. You will conduct quality improvement (QI) activities with central and local site leadership. This position Leads and facilitates performance improvement (PI) teams with local site leadership using the Lean framework. Documents site level quality improvement meetings, assuring goals and action items are on track and measured. Uses quality improvement techniques (workflow diagrams, process maps, and fish bone diagrams) for analysis. Provides sites with adequate data to measure success and determine the best metrics for monitoring.

What You Will Bring:
Salary Range: Minimum 46.57 per hour - Maximum 72.18 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
